A-Z Paperwork is here to help and overcome the challenges of moving to or setting up a business on Lanzarote. We offer a fast, professional but still personal service. Typically we would visit you in your home to assess your personal situation. There is no charge for this consultation. Once you have decided what if any paperwork you want doing, we would accompany clients to whichever office, police station or even the hospital to make applications and act as your translator and guide through the whole process. We are highly experienced in arranging the paperwork most newcomers will need, at a fixed price paid on receipt of your documents.

Typical requirements for new residents are:

  • NIE and NIF social security numbers

  • Becoming officially resident (residencia)

  • Obtaining a Social Security number

  • Purchasing a vehicle

  • Registering on the electoral roll (empadronado)

 

In addition to the basic services for new residents we also offer solutions for many other issues including;

  • Translating bank letters and official documents

  • Registering Villas with the Guardia Civil
